I had an early morning msy-iad flight a few years ago. I was in 1c and leaving one work assignment for another and was looking forward to some personal and professional downtime. The woman in 1d was clearly sick. Bathroom multiple times during boarding, admitted to too much partying the night before in the big easy after some major sports event that she bragged about going to. Anyhow, she was sick - including complaining of shortness of breath- the entire flight. All of a sudden I was expected to be her private physician babysitting her and making sure she was still breathing for the entire trip. I was pissed. FAs where like “thank you “ and nothing else
