As far as I can tell ... they have not actually said they plan to roll out Leo to the full fleet, they've only announced plans for 500 jets and I've seen it reported that will be the narrow bodies. Given the way they have talked critically about Starlink it definitely *seems* like they will go with Leo when/if they eventually expand to wide bodies, but think they are keeping their options open.
