perhaps unrelated but really wondering how this might also impact TPAC on Delta which seems to be waiting for ViaSat-3 F3 as the only option. Been really challenging with most of my travel being to Asia and having no WiFi now for quite some time as they upgraded all the 35x to only use ViaSat.
If by "this" you mean the rocket explosion, it has no impact on anything. F3 is already in space (but still needs a few months to get activated)
In theory, F2 will be fully activated in May. But there's only 1 day left in May so...
