However, I wrote the Gold Parker office today. The rep claims that once the current garage is demolished and rebuilt, there will be a Gold Lot established there once again in the rebuilt garage. It would only make sense, but somehow I have this feeling the price will go up.
It took what… 3 years?… for the red deck to be built? In that period of time I’ll likely cancel my reserve parking assuming rough equivalency.
