The hard products are comparable. The D1 lounge beats Polaris in food quality and is mildly better in terms of ambience. The crews are solid US crews… meaning some are great and others are OK.

Delta's bedding has also improved considerably. There's now a mattress pad on every Delta One flight, which makes a difference - I've found I sleep a lot better on my Delta flights now with the pad. The Delta One Lounge in Seattle is fantastic, and in my opinion better than the SFO Polaris Lounge.
SFO Polaris is the weakest in the whole system and I even dread going there. (You can check out the litany of complaints over at the UA message board: paper plates, unmotivated dining room staff, rude front staff behavior, food that is worse than that served inflight.)
