BTW- As predicted, FWIW, there was a very fine DL live chat tonight, conducted by Randy and using the original handle "Randy" and it went off without a hitch! Happily

Some Randy backed initiatives regarding the DL changes and how to possibly deal with them to follow and I think it's important for FF's of ALL carriers to be wary of future changes that will likely adversely affect your overall FF experience!

So keep your eyes open!
