I purchased two Oura rings using the Amex Platinum $200 Oura credits (one in Dec 2025 and one in Jan 2026). I received the sizing kits but never finalized sizing/fulfilled the orders.
Oura support told me I’d need to cancel and reorder if I want to switch to the Oura Ring 5.
Question: if Oura refunds the original charges in 2026, is Amex likely to claw back both $200 credits (including the 2025 one)? Has anyone successfully converted an unfulfilled order to a newer ring or received store credit/exchange treatment instead of a refund?
