No it wasn't booked as part of a package holiday. Flight only through a travel agent. One perculiarity with the booking is that I originally booked WT+ but was bumped to J when they announced that the dusking was not going to be completed before my flight. Not getting J miles/tier points could be excused but I'd certainly have expected to get WT+ miles! Maybe contact with the lurker and/or customer services is on the horizon!
