I have had the same thing happen to me with a flight from TPA. Mine was due to the fact that it was a two class flight not usual 4 classes. Several emails and phone calls to exec club HQ have got me nowhere so I have PM'd Lyndsay (see BA Lurker Sticky) in the hope of some action.
