That's right! As you are in Tokyo, you may have noticed the following standard award level also dropped;

N.Asia/S.Asia - India (HALF of previous level) ^
N.Asia/S.Asia - Middle East

On the other hand there is no Rule Buster for these routing

I'm planning to visit India with new lowered award level =)
