Shouldn't be a Problem.

In other words, as an Indian passport holder, does she need to go through ZRH immigration and customs to check in for her onward flight to CDG (she will have valid swiss tourist visa at that time)? Will this make it difficult to make it to the connecting Air France (City Jet) flight?
As ZRH is in Switzerland and CDG in France it's of course not considered as a domestic flight. So she doesn't need to go through immigration. After exiting the plane from India she sould report to the Jet Aviation transit desk, they are the handling agent for AF in ZRH. The people there will provide her with a boarding pass and help her with directions to the next gate.
