Logging on to MMB to see if there was any better seats availability for my upcoming LHR - SIN, I saw that the upgrade offer has now gone from c. £3-4k each way to now offering me £785 outbound..So I decided to snap that up. It did say something about only upgrading one flight at a time but as I was more concerned about outbound that seemed fine (and the price was right) so I paid up and sure enough it moved me to seat selection and I found 11a with a window (on 789). It sure looked like old CW in a 2-3-2 to me.

However having done all this, going back into MMB again, even after logging out / in again, booking still shows as PE even with my new seat.

So, folks, errr....what have I actually done? Is this some sort of limited hard product only upgrade? (if so, interesting).. just curious at this stage...
