i have just booked a 15 sector DONE 4 with nufnuf - and concur with you......having someone who is proactive, efficient and knowledgeable is really worth their weight !
Ours starts in Jan 27 and am sure any changes that occur before then will be handled in the manner it was booked..
The (small) fee was real value for money in my book
