When ppl want to have rooms ready at 3 or earlier but check out at 4 smth gotta give.. there are valid complaints and there are unrealistic expectations from properties that operate at capacity and have a very high percentage of guests requesting late check out.
would you prefer a few hotels changing definition or the whole chain going to 12 pm (or 2 if lucky) like competition...
