PQF, yes: you’ll get one PQF for each flight taken.
PQM haven’t been a thing for several years.

PQP are supposed to remain unchanged. YMMV as to whether or not that actually happens after a re-route that changes the number of hops. Sometimes it may work out in your favor; other times you may have to write in; and still other times the credit will be re-apportioned properly.
