Does anyone have a job that: a) allows you the opportunity to travel internationally when and if you want and, b) when you do travel it is primarily for the travel experience as opposed to the need to earn a paycheck (i.e. you just like flying and visiting new places)?

I currently have a job that I like very much. I essentially work for myself, take off about 10 weeks per year, make a good income, etc., but would like to have more periodic opportunities to fly over to Europe (from US) for a few days at a time several times a year (as opposed to the once every 3-4 years that I now get to Europe.)

What kind of opportunities exist that would allow me to keep doing what I am doing, but give me the opportunity to travel internationally more often (if only for a few days at a time)? Yes, I do have plenty of time, but with 2 kids around college age, and a newborn my "travel limitation" is primarily financial, not time.

In other words, does anyone have a job, or a friend, that calls them up occasionally, and says, "Hey Tom, I need this done in London (or Paris, or Brussels, etc.) next week, can you fly over to Europe for me and take care of this? Here's your ticket...have fun!"?
