Thx for the info! I am on the A330 and I'm very familiar with it as I fly it up to twice a month from SJU-PHL and back. The service went from pretty good to pretty bad this year on those flights, which although there is "Envoy" stickered everywhere is not really "Envoy" service. It sounds like the TA trip will be slightly better but nothing fantastic in terms of service. The seats in Envoy though make up for this a bit.
