Not sure which lounge TG uses.
But there is a SQ Krisflyer lounge that is a designated *Gold lounge. Its somewhere near the SQ gate.
Also, Diners Club members also get to use the airport-run lounge in the main terminal building. Sometimes, invitations are given to *Gold members to use this lounge - Club Manila, 4th floor.

Good luck for your travels in/out of Manila. A major test of patience. Thank God for rearranging my business portfolio to exclude Philippines.
