A really bad reaction and upsetting behavior from the agent part anyway.
Yes I managed to go to the other line and scan in the mom. Agent Powertrip was “still logging in”/very surly. The other line scanned in fine. But embarrassing for all.

The family was so happy and grateful. So I’m glad I did it. But needed to wash off the agent with some lounge champagne.
