to me this is the crux of the matter. tech glitches are a fact of life for those of us who live and die by computers <G> so the lateness and odd chatname are understandable. but to not give us some way of knowing we were in the presence of 'the real thing', and to post no response for so long to the mkany queries here, made no sense.
i find this board extremely helpful and appreciate randy's, and the regulars', contributions very much. (and thanx michael for the eventual clarification). just wish there had been more thought to the time and effort we'd put in. i'm certainly ready to move on, and hope we'll have another opportunity to respond to surveys in the future.
