Perhaps someone -- even other than the original recipient -- could post a copy of the e-mail (minus identifying data) somewhere publicly, or make it available for forwarding?
If it were online, it would be much easier for us to download a copy and carry it with us. I have found that written documentation, particularly from a website, but an e-mail will do, is an effective way of overcoming "training lapses."
