Oh please, I wrote a full flight review that can be seen at www.airlinequality.com on how many of my flights in F (3-class aircraft) end up being filled by UA employees occupying 90% of the UnitedFirst cabin. Gate agents give UA employees priority for upgrades big time. It is extremely annoying as the F/A's try to take their meal orders first. Awful, which is why I don't fly United much.
