Just had this on a MAD-EZE and then return to LHR using a 2 for 1. First agent can't price it exactly (gave me rough numbers on the 45 minute phone call). When the pricing desk comes back, the agent insists that BA can't fly me on Avios from EZE to LHR! The supervisor agreed, so all the reservations were cancelled. Twenty minutes later the agent calls back and says that it can be ticketed, it would be much more expensive and the flights have not gone back to inventory. And my 2 for 1 seems to have vanished.

I'm furious, I have just wasted an hour and a half of my life and I loathe BA with an even greater passion.
