Yeah was all over the news here. Interesting concept... hopefully it works out. Am curious as to where the bus actually drops off pax... the massport website only details "you’ll arrive inside your terminal’s secure area with time to reach your gate."
I can imagine this will be fine for pax with simple tickets and no irops or needing to change/rebook anything. Not sure what kind of agents and capabilities they'll have to handle issues at the bus terminal.
