Just boarded LHR-TLS and sat in 1F. Chap comes onbaord as penultimate boarded passenger and casually lifts a carry on into bin above 1A before wandering down the back! Seen this a few times. Can't believe the brazenness of people sometimes. Karma though does happen - fast track security a woman casually lifts a tensa barrier in front of me to join a shorter queue - spotted soon after and sent back to a place 5 spaces behind me!
