LEO installations don't even start for 2 years and if past DL promises on WiFi are a good indicator, consistent availability is 4 or 5 years out. If there are other options, I can't afford 100 hours a month where I am not working. Pretty much everything else about DL is decent, but honestly after a decade on Delta, this is going to force me back to UA.
Yeah, I mean, no one disagrees with this. Delta should have started installing Starlink a year ago. For those of us who need to work in the air, their WiFi is average at best, and terrible at worst. How they felt they could go nearly a decade without TPAC WiFi is quite honestly, unfathomable.
I am basically a Delta loyalist, but if I had to fly my employees anywhere, I would expect them to work during travel, and it would be on United.
