All well and good. For the purposes of Atmos Rewards, inter-Island FJ flights will all earn 500 miles on all eligible fare classes until choice earn is implemented, just as HI inter-Island flights do.
Once choice earn is implemented, earnings on revenue flights will be 25% or 50% of the flown distance on eligible fare classes. A minimum will not apply. NAN-SUV (76 miles) will earn 19 Status Points in discount economy or 38 Status Points in economy, including full Y.
Since the earnings are so insignificant, purchasing the best variant that works for your needs, regardless of what fare class it books into, is probably the best solution.
Of course, if the add-on flight is part of an Atmos Reward redemption, you will get 100% of the distance flown (76 miles) as Status Points for distance earn and no additional Status Points for revenue earn if the add-on is included at the same redemption fare.
