Looks like Huakaʻi members can now use upgrade certificates by way of web form request for Hawaii-CONUS travel - same rules as before the April PSS merger. 72 hours prior to departure.

Edit to add, my Gold spouse also based in HI got the same email.
You can "waitlist" an upgrade certificate to the CONUSA from 30 days down to 1 day before departure, upgrades start processing 3 days prior.

It would be an opportunity for a Huaka‘i by Hawaiian member to upgrade, before a complimentary upgrade goes to a Titanium.
