Questions:

1. Are the drink chits given only at the airport where the international flight is departing from?

For example, if I fly ORD-IAD-LHR, do I get drink chits at both ORD and IAD or just IAD?

2. Is it true drink chits are not given out after arriving from an international flight?

For example, LHR-IAD-ORD, IAD RCC will not give me drink chits, because my international flight has ended.
