I’m on a flight that was downgraded, and had been seated in the Studio seats - I booked it because I couldn’t resist trying it out once I saw it was available. Called United tonight when I saw the plane change, about a refund for the delta. It turned into a somewhat contentious debate, for whatever odd reason. Strongly advise everyone to not book Studio until the issues on these birds are worked out. I’m thinking I should change my Studio meal order - - but part of me is kind of interested to see what happens and how UA handles service recovery for their 8 highest margin seats on the flight. Advice?
