I don't see any available business seats on any of the later BA or JAL services tomorrow, so if this was me I'd be calling BA and asking them to protect the BA7 flight tomorrow and telling them you'll get a train to London tonight (sort out any reimbursements after). It's only 2 ish hours on the train...
