You joke, and rightly so!, but now I think of this wouldn’t it be great for an airside coach LGW-LHR and vice versa? Passengers have cleared security from clean countries when they land - board a coach airside on landing then trot off to LHR and deposited at T5A?

I write this and actually wonder why it won’t work! 😂
