For clarification, where are you getting the ticket number that enables you to access the itinerary in the JetBlue app? My Etihad confirmation has the B6 PNR and a ticket number starting with 607. But when I enter ticket number into JetBlue app + last name it's not finding anything... do I need to call JetBlue to get the B6 ticket number instead?
