I bought a ComfortFlex ticket on Aegean that has dropped in price now. I just wanted to confirm if it's correct that the only option to get the lower fare is to eat the cancellation fee and book a new ticket? I tried looking for a cheaper flight and then started the process of changing my existing ticket to that cheaper flight but there was no indication of either a receiving either a partial refund or flight credit for the difference.
