I would take the Eurostar to St Pancras and then a Blacklane or Uber Lux direct to LHR. Far more expensive but much nicer than schlepping bags on underground trains.

I also think the suggestion of taking the Eurostar the night before and enjoying an evening in central London is worth considering. That would mean less anxiety about missing your flight.
