I’d say there’s a better option if you don’t want to take the Tube with baggage - get the Thameslink from St Pancras to Farringdon - front of the train - then lifts directly down to Elizabeth Line to Heathrow. It’s much cheaper, likely quicker and I’d say no more faff than taxi+HEX.

To get to Thameslink from Eurostar just turn right as you emerge into the station and carry onto the end. There are lifts and escalators straight down to the southbound platform.

Having said that, the benefit vs Piccadilly Line is marginal given the latter is direct.
