Positioning on the waitlist at the start of the year skews in favour of Elites choosing the 2× 10K SPs Head Start when reaching milestones, with that choice, in the prior year.

That affects all Elites, starting from Million Miler Titaniums down. Of course, the big spenders, especially on the Summit, are advantaged, too. But, does it really matter when there is no transparency in how the upgrade processor is working that day, or what agent is taking care of non-revs, family, and freinds.
