If past performance is any indication, there’s a reasonable chance that the flight will be canceled and the aircraft ferried back to SFO for some TLC. UA3963 is a 10 pm departure; when passengers clear immigration and customs in San Francisco, it’s likely to be after midnight; I don’t think anyone will be making a connection after midnight. My guess is that United will be on the hook for a hotel night in Singapore and another in San Francisco.

N61101 definitely seems to be the problem child.
I suppose nobody should be surprised, but UA3963 has been canceled; N61101 was rescheduled, again as UA3963 departing one minute later; again, this flight was canceled. N61101 is sitting at SIN for now.
