I usually like her videos but I’m afraid she already decided how she wanted the content to be seen, don’t get me wrong I can see many things that could be improved. Her BA videos always look for the negatives and play down the positives, definitely an Emirates backer. I feel that she has issues with BA possibly due to her Mum working for them previously when she enjoyed staff travel.
