The few times I've been in the CCR I've not had to wait too long to be served. But the service could be more friendly. The toilets are like a hospital.
I agree in the air, the service needs to be more proactive. Shame the lobster was as tough as old boots. Small offerings like ice cream, or snacks woulnd't go amiss.
Anyone know why F was the only cabin where the crew turned off the lights? And is a duvet only on night flights?
