Ha ha this will be treated in the same way all YT reviews are treated on this board but for the record Hannah is a lovely person and a very sensible head.

I have no problem at all with people quoting the full fare cost because the reality is that some people (idiots, apparently) are paying that and the product is frankly appalling. Imagine being left sat in the oft-lauded CCR and they can’t even bring the cup of tea you have ordered? And absolute morons like me are spending £40k a year for the privilege of doing so.
