Oura is perfect for me and I do train with it so nice to see the zones I hit. Also, it knows I’m gonna get ill before I do get ill, a nice touch.

for females, it does work better in terms of cycle tracking etc.

speaking of Fitbit, Google just released a Fitbit air which competes with the WHOOP for $99/£84
