Can confirm, as a fellow "unprivileged" OW elite, I no longer have access to free MCE at booking. Additionally, no free MCE at check-in, nor can you get free MCE at the Admirals Club/Flagship Lounge or at the gate.

I get that it was most likely a software glitch that allowed this to happen, but it definitely sucks...even more so that I finally made RJ Platinum a few days ago.
