Looking at the last 2 earnings announcements:

- In Q4 2025 there were 8 new MAX8s delivered, and 16 retired
- 10 new MAX8s delivered in Q1, with a total of 66 new expected in 2026, and retire 60

Not finding anything about reconfiging existing planes

Maybe more details on the Q1 Earnings Call this THUR
