When one looks at the rankings which consistently show SFO at the bottom, the question arises: is there anybody at UA who sees this? Is there anybody at home in SF? Or are they still wedded to the now false sign at the bottom of the escalator that says something like "best business lounge in the world"? Seems like SFO has been underperforming with its food for a very long time and that nothing is changing.
