Tokyo : Train Peak Hours & Best Night Scene
Can someone please advise me on the peak hours for Tokyo subway/train so that we could avoid taking the subway/train during these hours.

Also, which are the two districts to best "experience" Tokyo by night (We are not interested in pubs/night clubs). I am thinking of Ginza and Shinjuku, am I on the right track ?
