Amex 2for1 - Not showing in MMB despite EC number

Folks,

Wondered if anyone has a similar experience with this. I made my first 2for1 booking and the lady on the phone took my EC number and put it in the booking. However the only way I can currently make changes is to do it manually non-EC style which obviously isn't as convenient.

Is there a way BA can manually add it to MMB? I vaguely remember reading about this although with the Google search it randomly lists dates and finds about a million threads mentioning the word Amex

and anything more specific yields next to nothing...
