I was in Barbados last year when BA were operating 3 return flights on a Saturday (1 from LHR and 2 from LGW, I think). On returning on a Sunday the Club cabin had shed-loads of crew heading back to the UK in it...we were on staff standby, and the purser told me they only had about 10 fare-paying passengers in the entire cabin.
