They gave me 3 options

1) 25k points for guaranteed PP upgrade
2) 25k + 500usd for Polaris waitlist
3) 25k + 500 usd for guaranteed PP plus Polaris waitlist (500 usd refundable if I don't get it)

After selecting option number 3, they pp upgrade was confirmed and the Polaris waitlisted.
