No, not as soon as the charges posted. But it was paid off on 4/15, before the statement closing date (and before I had received any notification of the conversion to the Barclays Financing card). My understanding was that everything prior to 4/24 should have qualified under the AAdvantage Aviator benefits.

I know I'm ticked off. I received an email on April 20 that I wouldn't be transitioned to Globe and would be converted to another Barclay's card effective that same day. At the very least I should have retained my Silver benefits through the 24th. And I was close to hitting the 20K for the companion certificate. I feel like I was strung along by Citi's communications to me. Even the Citi app over the weekend kept stating that my Silver was transitioning over. Makes me reconsider whether to keep my existing Citi products.
